Applications for the September 2026 / Year 4 intake have now closed.

We will be publishing details of our next round of taster sessions and auditions shortly (for those currently in Year 3, to start in September 2027).

Becoming a chorister

The chorister experience at Temple Church is rewarding and provides a life enhancing opportunity to be part of a professional musical team singing in one of the most prestigious and historic churches in London.

A chorister education provides children with unique opportunities to grow and develop a range of life skills. Choristers are taught and supported by an expert team of teachers and encouraged to develop a specialised musical skillset over several years, setting young people up for a bright future. The routine of the choir is busy but very rewarding.

The benefits include:
